Our Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Policy is described as follows:

• Maintain the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction by continuously improving the services we provide and the activities we carry out, within a framework of respect and commitment to worker health and safety and environmental preservation.
• Ensure that our operations are conducted under the highest safety conditions for our employees and for all other individuals who may be affected by our activities, by identifying and eliminating hazards in order to reduce occupational risks. Respect for health and life constitutes a core value and a fundamental requirement for the company.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, and with customer requirements.
• Identify and assess the environmental aspects associated with our activities in order to minimize their impact on the environment.
• Continuously improve our internal processes by establishing quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety objectives and targets, as well as implementing the necessary programs and resources to achieve them.
• Direct the environmental management of our workplaces and facilities towards environmental protection and the proper prevention and control of atmospheric, acoustic, water, and soil pollution, while monitoring the consumption of natural resources, encouraging material recycling, and ensuring proper waste management.
• Provide workers with the necessary material resources and adequate training, fostering their environmental awareness and involvement, as well as the participation of their representatives, with the aim of achieving better safety conditions and higher levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that the principles of this Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Policy are known, understood, and implemented by all personnel.
